What is a TCG?
TCG stans for Trading Card Game. It's a collectable cardgame only online. It was originally started by Calica who started the whole craze with Senshi Card Mania.
Name
La Lune was suggested by my wonder friend, Ashlei. Who is great and keeps me sane most of the time.
How it Works
First you need a trading post, which is a webpage, site where you can display all of your cards. You must have a trading log where you keep track of where you have earned the cards and whom you have traded with. After you join you will recieve your 'starter pack' which will contain your first set of cards.
Earning Cards
Joining - Join and you recieve a starter pack.
Referrals - If you refer a person to La Lune and they put your name down as a referral you will get 1 random card.
Birthdays - During the month of your birthday you will recieve cards.
Games - Some games you can play daily, some cost yen, others you play weekly and monthly.
Freebies - Every so often I will offer free cards.
Leveling up - For every level you go you will recieve cards.
Mastering Decks - By collecting every card in a deck you will master it. You will recieve 2 random cards, and 2 choice cards.
Donating - Donating to La Lune gives you cards in response.
Levels
- Level One - 1-50 cards
- Level Two - 51 - 100 cards
- Level Three - 101 - 150 cards
- Level Four - 151 - 200 cards
- Level Five - 201 - 250 cards
- Level Six - 251 - 300 cards
- Level Seven - 301 - 350 cards
- Level Eight - 351 - 400 cards
- Level Nine - 401 - 500 cards
- Level Ten - 501 - 1000 cards
Sailor Soldier Levels
Sailor Soldier is a special level you gain by collecting sets that are pieces of a Sailor Soldier uniform. There are special events and games that you can only participate in if you are a Sailor Soldier.
Regular
Decks you must master:
- leotard
- shoulders
- front bow
- back bow
- gloves
- shoes
- tiara
- choker
- skirt
- collar
Super
You must have achieved the regular Sailor Soldier status first, plus have mastered two other regular decks.
Eternal
You must have achieved both regular and super status first plus mastered three additional regular decks.
Cosmos
You must have first achieved regular, super, and eternal status plus mastered five additional regular decks plus one special deck.
Currency, Crystals and Power Balls
The currency is
. And they are used at the shops and to play certain games.
Crystals are used for some games and can be redeemed for cards in certain instances. They are:
Power Balls are used by Sailor Soldiers, so keep them until you achieve that status. They can be used to fight battles.
